What Is Special About Ladna Apartments
Ladna Apartments are like a revelation from another world. Hidden in a small Moravian village, you can find a luxurious resort with all comfort you can find in seaside resorts. The only difference is that you have a view of vineyards and fields, instead of on the seashore.
In this small resort, you can find six modern apartments with an outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool, and sauna. With every apartment, you have a private outdoor terrace with a hammock and grill. This is pretty convenient during the evenings when you can combine it with sunset watching and testing local vines. In the cellar of the apartments, you can find a great variety of wines from local winemakers, so don’t hesitate to take this opportunity and explore this local treasure.
During your check-in, you meet with Standa, the founder, and owner of the apartments. I was impressed by his enthusiasm, friendly attitude, and individual approach to his guests. He takes care of the resort and about the happiness of his guests. Standa aimed to develop a resort with the highest possible standards and comfort for individuals. Upon your arrival, you receive a wristband that allows you entrance to the resort, to your apartment, the wine bar, but also to the box with your breakfast. In this way, you have access to everything you need, and nothing will disrupt your privacy.
What You Can Do in Ladna Apartments
The Apartments have a very convenient location, just at the edge of the Lednice-Valtice Complex. You can even rent a bike from Standa and start your exploration of the whole area right from your apartment.
The main highlight of the Apartments is the heated outdoor pool with a sitting area right in the middle. It was such a relief to take a swimsuit and jump into the pool after biking around the Lednice-Valtice Complex. When it started to rain, we moved to the indoor jacuzzi and combined it with a sauna. Both have an outdoor view, so we can watch the raindrops outside and enjoying the comfort inside.

How to Get to Ladna Apartments
You can find these apartments at the end of the small village Ladná, about 4 km from Chateau Lednice. It is about 3 hours drive from Prague or a 1-hour drive from Brno, the capital of Moravia. If you are driving from Vienna or Bratislava, it takes about 1 hour as well. Apartments are a great starting point for your exploration of the Lednice-Valtice Complex, both by bike or by car.
